Position: Transport Co-ordinator Nationwide

Based at:Denton, Manchester

Hours of Work :
Monday to Thurs 7.30 – 17.00
Friday 7.30 – 16.00
44 Hours per week

Salary: £20,000 pa

Contract:
3 month probationary period
After successful completion permanent contract
After 12months continuous service liable for Profit Related Pay Scheme
20 Days paid holiday per annum plus bank holidays

Applicant:
Experienced haulage co-ordinator preferably from within the cabin industry or with a cabin hire background. The applicant must be an excellent administrator and co-ordinator, able to work under pressure with excellent IT, communication and problem solving skills. A broad knowledge of H&S requirements on site an advantage.

Knowledge of the Northwest, Midlands and Southern regions beneficial.

This position requires an ablility to stay focused and keep a cool head in a pressured office environment.

Job Description:
Management and co-ordination of all haulage requirements for each of the three AV Group Depots, co-ordinating effectively and efficiently the delivery, collection and movement of all units.

This role requires effective communication skills to ensure that clients, drivers and AV personnel are all fully aware of requirements/time scales to ensure that units are delivered/collected on time whilst complying with all Working Time Regulations and Health and Safety requirements.
