It’s all change at AVDanzer as we said farewell last week to our retiring colleague Trevor Goodwin.

However, we have also recruited a raft of new people who join the team across our three sites in Manchester, Nottingham and Essex. We’ve also made a number of promotions which we are proud to share with you.

We’ve got two new members in our CAD team. Melissa Davis joined us last month and we have also welcomed junior CAD technician Ryan Courtney. Both will be based at Langley Mill and join our existing CAD team of Chris Keen and Keiran Bradshaw to create our project plans and drawings.

Our Health and Safety team has been bolstered with the arrival of Gary Duckworth who joins in the role of health and safety environment and quality officer. Gary will work with newly promoted Dan Heenan, who assumes the role of assistant production manager with responsibility for H&S at the factory. Gary and Dan will work closely with Nick Haberle and Mike Walker to ensure our Health and Safety standards, both on and off site, are exemplary.

Calandra Hatton has also joined the Langley Mill team as modular estimator and will be working with our senior estimator Martin Smith.

In Essex, Dan Duggan has joined us as a full-time hire controller.

In the accounts team at Denton, Helen Greenhalgh has now joined us on a permanent basis as purchase ledger administrator to replace Carrie Monaghan who moved to take up the role of steel pricing administrator.

Also at Denton, Bradley Oakes has joined as a general yard operative and Michael Prestage has joined the team and will be working alongside his brother Dale Prestage who also works on our busy yard keeping the rental unit fleet in tip top condition.

And finally congratulations to Josh Berry who has recently qualified and is promoted to site supervisor, working alongside Andy Little and Jonny White.

Commenting on the changes in the team, director Helen Webster said: “It’s great to welcome so many new people and we wish them every success in their new jobs. AVDanzer really is only as successful as the people behind it so we continually invest in new skills and experience and adapt the workforce roles to meet the demands of the business. We’ve a full order book right through to the New Year so they join us at an exciting and busy time.”
